Grades & Attendance
Parents must report your grades and attendance twice a year - Once at the end of the Fall Semester (due January 15) and once at the end of the Spring Semester (due May 31).
There are a couple of options for submitting your grades & attendance: Option 1: Print out the paper form, fill it out and mail it or scan and email it. Option 2: Online grades Typically, students of all grade levels will cover between 4 and 6 courses a year and include a math and an English (or language arts). High school students who complete more than 6 credits a year may be asked to provide samples of work. Summer courses may be reported at the end of summer (due August 1) or may be added to the following Fall's grade and attendance submission. Please note: Grades submitted past the fall and spring deadlines will be subject to a $15 per student late fee. |
Grading Scale
To be used for students in 4th through 12th grade. 90-100 – A 80-89 – B 70-79 – C 60-69 – D Early Childhood (K-3rd grade) This is an optional grading scale that may be used in place of the above grading scale for grades K – 3 only. O=Outstanding S=Satisfactory I =Improving N=Needs Improvement U=Unsatisfactory |
