Grades & Attendance
Parents must report your grades and attendance twice a year - Once at the end of the Fall Semester, due January 15 and once at the end of the Spring Semester, due May 31.
Graduating Seniors' grades who are walking in the spring graduation ceremony are due May 1. There are a couple of options for submitting your grades & attendance: Option 1: Print out the paper form, fill it out and mail it or scan and email it. Option 2: Online grades Typically, students of all grade levels will cover between 4 and 6 courses a year and include a math and an English (or language arts). High school students who complete more than 6 credits a year may be asked to provide samples of work. Summer courses may be reported at the end of summer (due August 1) or may be added to the following Fall's grade and attendance submission. Please note: You may submit your grades early. If you are finished with the fall semester now, you are more than welcome to submit your grades. Fall 2024 grades are due 11:59pm on January 15. After that, there is a $15 per student late fee. If you miss the Jan 15 deadline, you have 10 business days to get grades to us. If we do not have grades by 11:59 on the 10th business day, our office is required to report you for truancy. At that point, the late fee will go to $30 per child and the child's file will be sealed until all late fees are paid and grades are received. |
