Online Applications
For students who were registered with Chestnut Ridge Academy for the 2024-25 school year.
Printable Applications
Payments may be made online, by check over the phone, check or money order through the mail or cash payment in person.
Applications may be dropped off at our main office, sent through the mail or scanned (No photographs please!) and emailed. Payment in full must be received before we can start processing the application.
Your application is not complete until you have submitted a Records Request Form. Curriculum lists are not due until you submit your first set of grades. 

2025-26 Registration Fees

Registration fees are due in full at time of registration.
 
  • 9th - 12th Grade - $100 1st child,       $90 2nd child
  • 1st-8th Grade – $90 1st child,   $80 each additional child registering for K-8th grade
  • Kindergarten - $25
  • Registration Fee Cap per family - $225

Graduating Senior Fee for seniors walking in the
  • Winter Graduation Ceremony - $130 (If paid by Oct 1, 2025)
  • Spring Graduation ceremony- $130 (If paid by Feb 1, 2026)
Seniors NOT walking in a graduation ceremony - $65 due at time of graduation.
No discounts apply to graduation fees.

Umbrella fees do not include the cost of curriculum. Through our umbrella, families have the freedom to choose the best curriculum for their children based on their family budget and the needs of the child. Curriculum can be anywhere from free to hundreds of dollars per year. We will be happy to set up an appointment with you to help you find what is best for your family.
